Terms of sale | Studio Masaracchio

These are the rules for what you buy from Studio Masaracchio, online or at the studio: gift cards, session packages and sessions paid in advance. If anything is unclear, message me on WhatsApp before you buy.

1. Who sells

Studio Masaracchio of Roberto Masaracchio, holistic practitioner. Activity carried out under Italian Law no. 4 of 14 January 2013.

By appointment only: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00.

2. What you can buy online

Gift card: worth €60 for a massage of choice. It arrives by email with the code and a printable card.
Black Friday gift card: on sale only from 27 to 30 November 2026 (section 6).
Packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
Advance payment of a session, when you book from the website calendar and choose “Pay online”.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed: you receive the confirmation by email. At the studio you can also buy single sessions and packages, with the same rules, except withdrawal (section 9).

3. Prices

Prices are those shown on the website at the time of purchase and are final. The studio uses the Italian flat-rate tax scheme: no VAT is applied (Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, Law no. 190/2014).

Above €77.47 a €2 stamp duty is added. It is shown separately before you pay: for example, a €240 package costs €242.

Offers (first massage, last minute, discount codes, limited-time promotions) have their own conditions, written on the offer page. They cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Payment

Online: with PayPal, using your account or a card. PayPal may offer you “Pay in 3”: PayPal decides, on its own terms. Only PayPal sees your card details.
At the studio: cash (within legal limits), card or PayPal.
Packages bought at the studio: you can pay a deposit and then the balance. You receive one invoice for the deposit and one for the balance; above €77.47 each one has its own €2 stamp duty. The package can be used right away, even before the balance is paid. The balance is paid before you reach half of the package sessions (for example by the 5th session of a 10-session package).

5. Gift cards

Worth the amount printed on the card (€60 or the amount chosen at purchase), for any massage of choice, also over several sessions, until the balance is used up. For example, a €240 gift card covers 4 massages at €60.
At each session I deduct the price of the massage from the balance. If the massage costs more than the remaining balance, you only pay the difference.
Valid for 6 months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card.
The recipient books online, on WhatsApp or at the studio, and gives me the code.
It cannot be exchanged for cash. The Black Friday gift card has extra rules (section 6).

6. Black Friday gift card

On sale online only, from Friday 27 to Monday 30 November 2026.
You pay €100 plus €2 stamp duty (€102 in total) and receive €120 of credit.
The credit can be used from 1 January to 30 June 2027, at the prices in force at that time, also over several sessions, until it runs out. It cannot be used before 1 January; any credit left after 30 June 2027 expires.
Maximum 2 gift cards per person.
It cannot be combined with other offers (last minute, first massage, codes, packages) and does not give the Christmas bonus.

7. Packages

A package is a number of sessions of one massage. The anti-cellulite package also includes Vodder lymphatic drainage sessions, as shown on its page.
Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless the offer states otherwise. After expiry, remaining sessions can no longer be used and are not refunded.
Book them whenever you like, online, on WhatsApp or at the studio. In “My appointments” you can see how many sessions you have left.
If you can no longer use them, before expiry you can transfer them to a family member (spouse, civil partner or cohabiting partner, parent, child, brother or sister) by telling me. The new person signs their own forms and has a first consultation at the price of a single session at list price.
If you do not use all sessions for your own reasons, the full package price is still due, except for withdrawal (section 9).

8. Appointments, changes and cancellations

By appointment only. Book from the website calendar, on WhatsApp or by phone. Before the appointment I send you a WhatsApp reminder.
You can move or cancel for free up to 6 hours before: from “My appointments”, by replying to the reminder or by messaging me on WhatsApp.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before or do not show up: with a package, the session counts as used; if you had paid a single session in advance, the amount is still due.
If you did not show up last time without notice, for your next online booking I will ask you to pay in advance.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late the session may be shorter; if it cannot be done, it counts as used.
If I have to move an appointment, I let you know as soon as possible and offer another date, at no cost.
If you paid for a session online and cancel at least 6 hours before, I refund the full amount through PayPal, to the same account you paid with, within 14 days. If you prefer, the amount can stay as credit for your next appointment: only if you ask me.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you buy a gift card, a package or a single session online as a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind, without giving reasons and without penalties (Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code), as long as the session has not taken place yet: for a session with a set date, withdrawal must be notified before the appointment time.

How: message me on WhatsApp at +39 379 148 9709 or email studiomasaracchio@gmail.com with your name and the code or date of purchase. A clear sentence is enough, for example “I withdraw from the gift card purchase of 28 November”. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.
Refund: I refund everything you paid within 14 days of your message, with the same payment method. If you paid in 3 instalments, the refund goes through PayPal.
If within the 14 days you have already had some package sessions, at your request, you only pay for those (Article 57, Consumer Code). If you have had them all, withdrawal no longer applies. A gift card that has already been used cannot be returned.
Purchases at the studio: the 14-day withdrawal does not apply. You can cancel a package only before the first session, in writing: I refund what you paid by bank transfer, minus bank charges only.

10. Invoices

You receive an invoice for every payment, dated on the day of payment. I send you a PDF copy on WhatsApp.
For the invoice I need your name, surname, tax code and address.
Gift cards: the invoice goes to the buyer. The person who uses it does not receive an invoice for the part paid with the gift card; if they pay a difference, they receive an invoice only for that.
Packages: one invoice for the full amount at purchase, or one for the deposit and one for the balance.

11. Complaints

If something is wrong, message me on WhatsApp or by email: I will reply as soon as possible and we will find a solution together. By post: Studio Masaracchio, Via Don Orione 35, 90142 Palermo, Italy.

12. Applicable law and court

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live has jurisdiction (Article 66-bis, Consumer Code); in other cases, the Court of Palermo. For anything not written here, the Italian Civil Code and Consumer Code apply.

13. Health

If you have a particular health condition, tell me before booking. If the massage is not suitable, the session is moved or, if it cannot be done, refunded.

The studio's massages are wellness treatments and do not replace medical care.

Model withdrawal form
