Known in Italian as massaggio decontratturante, this massage works in a targeted way on muscle tension and knots, bringing relief to the stiffest areas and a general sense of wellbeing.
It is a good choice when your muscles stay tight from long hours sitting, flights and long drives, carrying luggage, air conditioning or simply stress.
